On December 10, 2008, the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation awarded  “Save Our Souls”

 

On December 10, 2008, the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation awarded to 8-episode TV movie “Save Our Souls” in the nominations:

 -  “Theatrical and Television Films”, The Second Prize in the nomination was awarded to Kirill Belevich, the director of the film “Save Our Souls”;
            – “Actor’s Work”, two prizes for the leads in this film went to actors Mikhail Martyanov and Sergey Koltakov.


The FSB prizes are awarded for a non-biased representation of the special services activities and creation of the positive images of the security service officers.

The FSB awards the prizes in six nominations: Television, Radio Programs, Works of Literature, Works of Journalism, Works of Art and Works of Music. Film director Vladimir Khotinenko, actors Yevgeniy Mironov, Anastasia Zavorotniuk, singers Lev Leshchenko and Aleksandr Rosenbaum were awarded by the prizes other years. The similar KGB prizes that existed from 1978 to 1988 were awarded to Viacheslav Tikhonov, Vakhtang Kikabidze, Georgiy Zhzhenov, Mikhail Kozakov, Yulian Semionov.
